thWHAT: 9/11 WORLD MEMORIAL ““One Day Changed Our World”” 18 wheel Semi Trailer, 39 foot by 8 foot Galaxy Milky Way mural honoring ALL the names of the fallen. San Diego, proudly connecting West and East Coast –– New York Communities.
We will also have on display, a 280 pound piece of the World Trade Center and the Missing, Last Seen at The World Trade Center Flyer exhibit.
WHERE: Embarcadero, North of the ““Star of India”” (Harbor Drive and Date Street)
WHEN: Friday, September 1st, 2006.
Public viewing 10:00am –– 11:45am and Press Briefing at 11:00 –– 11:45
Departing for Oceanside at 12:00 noon.
Escorted by Public Safety vehicles and motorcycle riders.
WHY: WORLD MEMORIAL non profit charity, is delivering the Canadian Gift of Healing ““Release of Souls”” 9/11 18 foot tall, 6,000 lb. memorial sculpture, to the Survivors, Families, Public Safety Personnel and people of New York and surrounding Cities. Journeying across America September 1st –– September 9th accompanied by several thousand motorcycles to arrive Manhattan, New York Inwood Hill Park for the 5th anniversary ceremony, September 8th –– 11th, 2006.
